CBFI® fluidized freezing machine provides an efficient solution for the quick freezing of diced vegetables, fruits, plums, rice, and other small granular foods. It utilizes vertically upward high-speed, high-pressure airflow to surround the small granular foods, creating a semi-suspended or suspended state, and then rapidly freezes them. This process effectively reduces the formation of ice crystals during freezing, preserving the original texture and taste of the ingredients. By rapidly freezing the food, CBFI® fluidized freezing machine maintains the nutritional content and taste while extending the shelf life and enhancing the quality of the food, meeting the high-demand requirements for quick-frozen ingredients in the food processing industry.

CBFI® has developed a highly efficient refrigeration system that combined with the unique air duct design, allows cold air to fully contact the food, reducing the food temperature to -2~-10 ℃, ensuring the high quality of the products.
