Five-star after-sales service


CBFI after-sales service center has obtained the "five-star after-sales service certification" for four consecutive years in 2019 and 2022. The standard and quality of its after-sales service is far ahead of its industry, and the integrity and professionalism of its service system are in High level!


This certificate is issued by the State Ministry of Commerce. The evaluation method is very strict, the evaluation items involved are numerous, and the evaluation standards are also very high. Most enterprises can only achieve the "three-star after-sales service certification" when they apply for the first time. CBFI passed the certification with a high score of 95 on both applications.

    


CBFI after-sales service center structure

CBFI after-sales service center consists of three major departments, namely: Technical Service Department, Parts Department, and Customer Service Department. The center has grown from a single-digit number at the beginning of its establishment to more than 45 people. According to the company's corporate strategic planning and the speed of global sales expansion of products, the number of the team is still growing.


Core Department Responsibilities



The technical service department is the core department, which is responsible for the service process of product sales to customers, agents and end customers, including: product use consultation, maintenance and installation, defective product maintenance, and return.


There are more than 38 people in this department. Among them, more than 2/3 of the engineers have 6-10 years of after-sales service experience, and 1/3 of the engineers have 3-5 years of after-sales service experience. In addition, experienced engineers form a training committee to train new engineers.

The engineers of the online service department can communicate with overseas customers in fluent English, and 1/3 of the offline engineers can also communicate in simple English.


For decades, engineers have served customers in more than 170 countries and regions, and their professional ability and service quality have been praised by customers in many countries and regions.
