Founded in 2005, Yanjin Shop Food Co., Ltd. is a prominent Chinese group integrating product R&D, production, and sales. The company is renowned for its diverse portfolio of leisure snacks, including fish tofu, dried tofu, and roasted seeds, as well as a wide range of bakery products like breads and cakes. To maintain the high quality and safety standards of their ingredients, a reliable large-scale cold storage infrastructure is critical to their supply chain.

In 2021, CBFI successfully implemented a comprehensive food storage cold storage project for Yanjin Shop’s facility in Xiushui, Jiangxi. This project was designed to handle the massive influx of raw materials required for their nationwide production lines.
The facility was engineered to provide stable, ultra-low temperature environments to preserve the nutritional value and freshness of meat raw materials. The storage is divided into specialized units:

To ensure the 5,000-ton facility operates at peak efficiency, CBFI integrated advanced refrigeration units and intelligent monitoring systems. Maintaining a consistent temperature between -23°C and -18°C is vital for food safety compliance. Our professional engineers conduct on-site data monitoring and system calibrations to ensure long-term stability and energy efficiency.
The completion of the Xiushui cold storage project has provided Yanjin Shop with a robust and scalable logistics foundation. By leveraging CBFI’s refrigeration expertise, Yanjin Shop can ensure that their raw materials remain in optimal condition, supporting their mission to deliver premium snacks to consumers across the country.
