1. The flake ice machine is mainly composed of a compressor, an expansion valve, a condenser and an evaporator, forming a closed-loop refrigeration system. The evaporator of the flake ice machine is a vertically erected barrel structure, which is mainly composed of ice blade, main shaft, sprinkler tray and water receiving tray. Driven by the reducer, they slowly rotate counterclockwise. The water enters the water distribution tray from the water inlet of the evaporator of the flake ice machine. Through the sprinkler tray, the water is evenly sprinkled on the inner wall of the evaporator to form a water film; the water film exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the flow channel of the evaporator, and the temperature drops rapidly. , a thin layer of ice is formed on the inner wall of the evaporator, under the extrusion of the ice blade, it is broken into flakes of ice, and falls into the ice storage from the ice-dropping port. Part of the unfrozen water is returned to the cold water tank from the water return port through the water receiving tray, and enters the next cycle through the cold water circulation pump.

What are the tips for using a commercial flake ice machine?


1. The commercial flake ice machine should be installed in a place far away from the heat source, without direct sunlight, and in a well-ventilated place. The ambient temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, so as to avoid the high ambient temperature causing poor heat dissipation of the condenser and affecting the ice making effect. The ground on which the ice maker is installed should be solid and level, and the ice maker must be kept level, otherwise it will cause no ice removal and noise during operation.



2. The gap between the back and left and right sides of the ice maker is not less than 30cm, and the top gap is not less than 60cm.



3. The commercial flake ice machine should use an independent power supply, a dedicated line power supply and be equipped with fuses and leakage protection switches, and must be firmly grounded.



4. The water used for commercial flake ice machines should meet the national drinking water standards, and water filtration equipment should be installed to filter impurities in the water to avoid blocking the water pipes and contaminating the sink and ice mold. And affect the ice making function.



5. When cleaning the ice machine, turn off the power supply. It is strictly forbidden to use the water pipe to flush the machine directly. Use neutral detergent to scrub, and it is strictly forbidden to use acidic, alkaline and other corrosive solvents for cleaning.



6. It is necessary for commercial flake ice machines to unscrew the head of the water inlet hose for two months, and clean the water inlet valve filter to avoid the sand and mud impurities in the water blocking the water inlet, which will cause the water inlet to become smaller, resulting in no ice making.



7. It is necessary for commercial flake ice machines to clean the dust on the surface of the condenser every two months. Poor condensation and heat dissipation will cause damage to the compressor components. When cleaning, use vacuum cleaners, small brushes, etc. to clean the oil and dust on the condensing surface. Do not use sharp metal tools to clean to avoid damage to the condenser.



8. The water pipes, sinks, storage bins and maintenance films of commercial flake ice machines should be cleaned every two months.



9. When the commercial flake ice machine is not in use, it should be cleaned, and the ice mold and the moisture in the box should be dried with a hair dryer, and placed in a place without corrosive gas and ventilation and dryness, and avoid open storage.
